turn signals and emergency flashers

Back in November 2004 my truck got into an accident. Since we got the truck back from the body shop nothing has been the same. Just yesterday a few fuses blew. My brake lights would not work. My husband fixed those but now the turn signals don't work at all or the emergency flashers won't go on either. Please help
