2005 Se
I was wondering if any dealers or any of my fellow Tiburon-addicts know when dealerships are going to start receiving the 2005 SE's...I built my own on the Hyundai website and had a dealer contact me...he was shoving a GT with an auto on me...*gasp*...the NOIVE!
But seriously... I want that pretty little six speed transmission, because first thing I'm doing is dropping that sexy Alpine Stage II supercharger in there, and I want that steep sixth gear for some...*ahem*...civilized, legal *smirk* fun... Is it just the dealers around here, or has anyone else had to go through having something they didn't ask for pushed on them?

same prob
I've been looking between the gs and se model too, and dealerships seem to only have the GT models. Cant get to even look at an SE let alone test drive it. Dealerships around here(chicago) are just pushing the GTs to me too. I dont know what the problem is but it sux.

2005s should be at teh dealerships... the SE model might have to be ordered.. or shipped over from another dealership....
dont expect high rpm power from the alpine.. its more of an instant power low to early mid rpm kinda s/c

We already had 2, both of those are gone already. Check the Bob Rohrman Hyundai in Gurnee, IL. I think it's just north of Chicago. I think they might still have a couple.

go to your local dealership.. and see if they can order one to your specifications... it may take a lil longer but youll get what you want
or theyll see what other dealerships have similar to what you want

What about the stereo on the SE? From what I understand it's a Kenwood, but isn't it less powerful than the Infinity set up?
Anybody know what kind of head unit is in there?
