does anyone have a AEM cold air intake that vibrates horriblely. my intake rattles and vibrates between 3500 and 4200 rpms. i tightened the rubber mount, but i think my engine is moving too much. ANY IDEAS??

well if the engine twists, you can try getting new mounts. if its the intake, don't know what to tell you.

Re: AEM cold air intakes

yes it is vibrating and making a rattle it is so annoying. i have found like three spots where the paint is rubbed down to bare metal, i dynamatted the frame, fender whatever and it is still making noise. i bought energy suspension motor mounts. hopefully that will help. if not looks like no more CAI

Motor mounts are the only thing I can think of.

the motor mounts should cure it. if not, just make some new brackets. Ive notice AEMs brackets arent all that great.
