what is the hose that holds the air temp sensor called i know its a hose but i want the correct name i need to find one , mines torn, it's between the air filter and the air intake on the cpi. abour 3 inches long and holds the air temp sensor
i'm having a brain fart?

My manual refers to it as the "air intake tube". (I thought they were longer than 3" though) Kind of a plain name. Suggest buying one used at a junkyard etc. as GM will charge an arm and a leg for it new, or talk to these folks here about an aftermarket intake. I am getting rid of mine as soon as I have a few extra bucks....

Well, I guess I brain farted. According to my 93 GM service manual it is listed as a "air intake snorkel". I think when the Haynes book I glanced at said tube, it was referring to the entire intake assy. It is around 3-4 inches long.
