bought a car but no title HEEELPPP!!
so i finally bought one of my dream cars a 300ZX but the guy couldnt find the title he said if he couldnt find it he would get a new one for me asap which means about 4 to 6 weeks due to he just moved out of state so he would have to call the fl dmv & have them send it to me. i think here in fl you cant get a tag w/ out a title and insurance. any ideas out there. the car is a Fl car. & in Fl.

you can also sue him into giving you the title.
