Random turbo 240

On my way to work on thursday i notice this 240 in a parking lot thats right down the road from my job. So at lunch i pull in to take a peak, because i saw it had rims, and a phaty super jdm huge muffler sticking out the back. It was definently a beater...with black fenders and hood and bumper on a red 240....previous wreck i guess. But then as i look in the cockpit i notice gauges on the a-pillar and im assuming a boost controller on his steering wheel. I didnt have to much time to look as i was on lunch break and only get a half-hour and the stupid mcdonalds was PACKED. So any way i was like o shit its turbo....looked up front to see if he had a front mount and BAM....the 240 is just smiling at me with her pearly whites glistening in the sun. I was like o damn, if its there on monday im going to leave him/her <--- would be tite,*EDIT* a note. To see all what it has done. Interior was relatively clean, only thing was the BC was ghetto rigged kinda...the power wire was way to long and just hanging from the steering wheel and wound up on the floor board..i looked as if it would wrap around your legs and get annoying. Dunno just thought id share with you guys....as you dont stroll across a turbo 240 everyday...well atleast i dont. hopefully i meet up with this person.

exactly what i thought. He had aftermarket rims...it looked as if he painted them black himself. They were beat up...but it looked nice still. Had mad 240 style lolololol.

nice still cant beat the guy with a s14 i met in buger king parking lot, i see a s14 the ugly purple color a 96 shape.. bone stock with hub caps it was a base model.. but what drawed my attention was the lowerd sus. huge hks hiper out back and a nice fmic smileing at me, it just happend that he was going into his car while i was stearing at the car, i was like nice car is it ka or sr, he replies "no rb25" i was speechless, i doubted him then he poped th hood, i was shocked a nice rb25 with a upgraded turbo, he pull out the parking lot spinning 1st, 2nd, and part of 3rd, bov venting in between all shifts.. i was amazed..

lol you saw all those mods..but still doubted him lol. I would just spooge a load, then ask him if i could see it, and then tell him nice ride. But thats funny thats what attracted me to this 240 too, is the phat ass muffler popping out. This thing was the ugly maroon with black, it was ugly but god damn scored a 10 on my scale lol. I like the beat up sleeper style 240s for some reason. Well really i guess if it has some forced induction ill probably like the 240....no matter how it looks.

very true.. i have respect for anyone with power under the hood since thats the point of modding cars.. it sucks in the winter here cause nobody with mods drives their 240.. i only know a few guys personally but there are more out there according to my buddy who is obsessed with the 240.. i just don't always notice them

FMIC always catch my attention. I saw like an Acura RSX or something sitting at work one day, my boss also saw it. She came in and said "Did you see that?" I'm like "What?" So I followed her outside and she pointed at it. It was shiny and was lowered with rims. I just said "Ricer," But to my suprise, I'm sitting outside and the guy leaves. While he's backing out, I see an intercooler. I'm like "Oh shit!" I immediately started saying "Its turbo, its turbo!" I'm just like "shhhhhh, listen" Sure enough, "phssss" when he's leaving.

I drive my car year-round. But its Florida. Thats the only good thing about this state.

People up here drive there cars year round, it's so sad, in mid-December I saw an MKIV Supra with a foot of snow on it, it was automatic, but still sad.

I don't think I would drive mine. Its just dangerous. Light RWD cars just don't do well on ice. Espeically modified ones.

Others don't understand that, that's why there were like 6 240s at a junkyard I went to 2 months ago, there were 20 full cars, 6 of them were 240s....

hahaha i could see myself telling everybody else to shut up so i could hear the turbo, meanwhile they're all like wtf

and in the winter, i drive my parents cars.. i obviously don't get them as often as i would like but its better than the bus..
