headlight replacement

My headlights look like crap...full of moisture and fogged over really good. Not to mention the star screw is stripped so I cannot adjust it to where it needs to point. I was going to order a new one from "Headlights Wholesale". Does anyone know if the new headlight comes with the screws and everything? It looks like they do. I emailed the website 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten a reply. How hard is it to unhook the existing headlight besides taking the two bolts off?

The one I got from GM only had headlight. The the screws come with houseing.

Yes Big L that's the one I was going to order but wasn't sure what all came with it.
