tach/pcm/I NEED HELP

hows it goin, i just tried installing my tach with a tach adaptor, i hooked it all up, and the light on the tach came on and i started the engine and the tach didnt move, i checked everything, reviewed the instructions, i did nothing wrong, and the tach doesnt move, i heard theres a way of doing it without a tach adaptor by splicing into a wire (white wire #10 on the black side of the pcm), but i cannot find my pcm, i sure as hell hope its not that cluster fuck of wires under the air box cuz if so, ive alrady looked there, didnt see one white wire, so where exactly can i find the PCM on a 1998 2.2 (2200), anyone with any help regarding the tach or the pcm, please let me know this problem has me unbelievably pissed off

Re: tach/pcm/I NEED HELP

Man, that is the EXACT same thing that happened to me, I have NO clue where the PCM is on it. I have a 99 2200. We tore the engine apart, so we gave up.

Re: tach/pcm/I NEED HELP

it's underneath in you driver side wheel well! Tucked away! It's easiest to get at by removing the fender! Good Luck!
