85 to 86 grill swap

I'm having some trouble swapping my grill in my 85 Caprice to that of an 86 and up. It seems the bolts don't bolt up in the right places in order for it to just...well...bolt on. What is different about the 85 that the 86 grill doesn't bolt right in?

I'm not sure about this one, but you may have to get an entire different fiberglass front end assembly for the grill to work... most likely from a junk yard. Or, you could jus do some customizing to the front end you've got now.... put the grill up like you want it, and drill some hole in the plastic near the area where the original holes are, and screw through that into the fiberglass. Jus be careful not to break anything. Plastic tends to be brittle after nearly 20 years.
