2002 Fuse/Power issue?

Yesterday the radio stopped working.... the power windows will not roll down.... and the dome lights are not working.... I thought this was going to be a fuse issue, but cannot seem to find a blown fuse in the box. I then thought it could be a high current relay fuse issue. Does anyone know exactly what fuse is related to these issues? Is it a power point fuse? (They don't appear to be blown.....)
Any thoughts would be great!

All these items are tied into the General Control Module. Try disconnecting your battery for 10 minutes. While it's diconeected, clean up the posts and the terminals real good. Reconnect good and tight and see what happens. Let us know.
