loud grinding

OK! I just did a 1.8 to a jdm 2.0 4g63 n/t swap. I swaped out everthing like the wiring harnes ,motor mounts ,ecu and etc. I left the 1.8 transmission and put on the 2.0 with the 2.0 flywheel and clutch. I got the car started last friday.It started up just fine drove it around the street. Now the good stuff when I put the car into 3rd a lound grinding sound started it gets louder when you push in on the clutch are gas it . So I pulled it back into the basement intill yeasterday pulled it out to clean up some got done went to put back in to the basement and wont go into gear now. Still have the grinding sound when you go to starte are ram engine but at ideal it wont grind. The car still starte when you push the clutch in but wont go into gear. any advice of what might be wrong?
