Rspec? What the hell is that?

I have my car up in cardomain.com and this guy is saying in the guestbook to get rid of my Nismo badge and get a Rspec....he says Rspec makes things primarily for Infiniti...I don't understand what he is talking about...If you guys check out the guestbook you can get his e-mail....I have been talking to him via E-mail and he is talking weird stuff...such as:

he said "Rspec is Infintitis racing division, its a branch of nismo" March 22

My response: "how do you know this? I never heard of them...where are they? and do they have Infiniti G20s modified? Let me know"

then he responded "Itrs not just a shop, its like NISMO or MUGEN or RALLI ART, they make performance parts for all infinits"

This guy is weird or I haven't been intouch with the car industry...

Whats your opinion? E-mail this guy and see what he says...

Think of it like this:
Nismo makes performance Nissan Parts
Nismo will start making Infiniti performance parts when they come to the U.S. and they will be called R-Spec parts.

Is this fact or are you just stating an assumption, because I would assume that someone, somehwere within the entire G20/Primera community would have heard about this R-Spec division a while ago. Or atleast there would be rumors of such a branch off of Nismo going around.

I am thinking it is a crock of shit myself. Only my opinon. All reference to any Infiniti Racing is just that, Infiniti Racing. I searched the web on this with some thought of it being remotely possible and came up empty handed except for a ton of Indy links to the Infiniti V-8 Racing engines and etc.

Yup! That is why I couldnt find it.

Anyhow, R-Spec parts are available yet, they might not even be manufactured yet, and there still has not been confirmation directly from Nissan that they would do this.

So as far as I am concerned ty423 leave the freakin NISMO badges on your car. Atleast we do know they actually have those parts available and are manufacturing them, and we can get some of them in the states. Might cost a little more, but they are currently available.

If R-spec parts do appear, then you could possibly swap out your NISMO badges for R-Spec. If you wanted to. but until then, don't sweat it. Car looks great!
