2001 Chevy 2500 Hd Pick Up Help

I Have A 2001 Hd2500 2wd Pu. When Comming To A Stop The Abs Engages The Last Few Feet Of The Stop(every Time), Even On Dry Ground. Also The Steering Is So Easy I Can Spin The Wheel From Lock To Lock With One Turn, When Standing Still. I Know The Steering And Brakes Are Related Due To The Hydraboost. Anybody Have Any Idea What Happened To This Thing.
