Need Help!

Hey guys,

I'm kinda new to this Engine Swapping thing. I have a 92 Honda Accord EX 4Door AT.

I want to get a new engine, I hear people say that a H22 or H22a is somthing I should go with.

What do you guys think?? What other parts besides the engine will I need?

Any other info would be grateful....Thanks

h22 should work out great. my friend has that in his accord. he loves it. it's sweet.

to do it, you'll need:
motor
tranny
ECU
Axles
maybe the wiring harness

is the car auto?? if it is and you want to go 5 speed you'll need more stuff. i can get a complete list for you later.

Hey

I currently have an Auto, I would like to go Manual, is it worth the extra money to do so???

Can I just drop the motor in, what would I have to change??

Thanks In Advance...

oh yeah, you may need new mounts.

you'll have to get
tranny (of course)
clutch
flywheel
clutch pedal assembly
lines
shift linkage
shifter
slave cylinder
tranny mount
new guage cluster (if you want)
ECU for a manual

it's kinda hard to do. But if you can find a shop to do it, it will probably cost you about $1200
it is worth it
