hey AMY i need help.........

hey i am trying to upload pic to my file on here. i tryed to upload off of a flopy disc some pics i had and it did not work, but now i cant upload any. here is what is says

"Warning: imagecreatefromjpeg(): '/home/aftp/gallery/uploads/275359/beckys_1.jpg' is not a valid JPEG file in /home/aftp/gallery/image-inc.php on line 83" (and i know that, that's fine, but here is the rest.)

"Unable to create image [/home/aftp/gallery/uploads/275359/beckys_1.jpg].
Please contact system administrator." (it will not let me do any kinda of pics this always pop's up. can you help me here?)

Try copying the pictures onto your computer and then uploading them, that may make a difference...

It don't matter what i do it will not let me post. Evey time i try to post something this happens

It isn't an answer but you could try to post them up on www.photobucket.com. You'll be able to post bigger pics on there too. Just an idea. But I've heard this happening a few times on AF.

but seriously...if you want my attention, you need to pm me. especially these days. i broke a finger last week and managed to cut up the bottom of my foot today

you can post pics from other sites. after you upload your pics, right click the pic for the addy. then either click the "insert image" icon directly under color/font/size options. or type <img>http://www.LookieAtMe.com</img> be sure to replace "<,>" with "[,]"....if i would have tried to post that example with the "[" & "]" in place af would have tried to post it up as a pic and not my example

I don't think you know what i mean. I can't put pics on my gallery. Everytime i try it say's, what i posted before. I need to contact an AF adminastrator.

yes actually it is. i broke my middle left finger. i can't even 1 finger type on my left hand because of the finger splint....whatever key i catch with my index, the key next to it is caught with the splint. so i'm right hand typing, w00t!

i'm still stopping by af a couple of times a day, just not typing as much. like that bs thread i replied in last night.....that took at least 30 mins. i know

CBURKE, i wasn't talking about the af gallery. upload your pics to someother spot. then open a new thread. right above the open box you type your thread in there are some options....you will see 3 drop down menus (color, font, size) directly below that are some icons for other options. the first icon looks like a mountain & sun with a yellow background....looks like this: click that bugger and add in the addy to your pic. or you can skip all that and type in the "[,]" code, adding in the addy of the pic (as i was trying to explaine before)




see....this is what keep happening. i go to type a reply. it takes me half the day so i don't reply to anything else

get an account at www.we-todd-did-racing.com you can upload pics there and all you need to do is just paste the address with that pic thing ami is talking about

i wish i could say that were the case....i slammed it in our metal front door.

i considered taking a pic of my hand giving the bird with my middle finger in a splint....that's some ownage right there
