1999 Infinity I30 Engine misses sometimes

Can anyone tell me why my 1999 I30 misses sometimes without rhyme or reason?

Had same exact problem; After many visits mechanic finally found slight arching at a coil wire. Replace the coil. Worked like a charm.

If it's an actual misfire you will get a SES light on.The code will indicate which cylinder{eg.P0302 indicates misfire cylinder 2,P0306 indicates misfire cylinder 6}If no codes it is engine vibration issue.
