Whole Engine Moves...!?
I have a 98 2.2 and just noticed the other day that when I shift to park or drive the whole engine turns forward or backwards...Is that normal or am I missing some screws?
Also...my car makes a little squeeking noise ( just a little) when I am in anything but park...or maybe its nuetral that doesn't make the noise...either way the noise is still there. Anyone know what that is from? |

Make sure all connections from sparks to ignition coil are good, and have NO interruptions.

Re: Re: Whole Engine Moves...!?
I too have a 98 cavalier that was doing the same thing except mine was stalling when I would slow or stop. I checked my motor mounts, spark plugs, wires and filters, I actually needed a new fuel pump, you may want to check that out if it is still occring.
