94 Intrepid - Air bag light, A/C, and more

I've been having intermittant problems for a couple months now that has my mechanic stumped. Of course it never acts up for him, isn't that usually the case? Anyways, here's what sometimes happens upon starting my car, breaking, or putting it into reverse: The air bag light comes on, the A/C shuts off, stearing gets stiff, and the power windows stop working. The mechanic thinks it may be the starter. Lately it's happening more frequently when I start the engine (a couple times a day). When I turn the key partially everything works, but when the engine turns over all of the above happens.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks much!

It's defenatly the ignition switch, I just finished taking mine apart, and it was the cause of the problem!!!!
