1996 Buick riviera climate control/electrical
My 1996 buick riviera keeps blowing the 10 amp fuse for the instrument panel. It seems to blow once the car heater is up to temperature trying to control heat in automatic. If in manual for front window, it takes longer to blow. Any ideas would be appreciated.

My 1996 Buick Riviera has the right freon pressure in the system but only blows freon-cooled air out of the 4 passenger-side ventilation holes. The rest of the vents blow cool.... but not freon-cooled air. Would this be considered as a "vacuum" problem? What can I do to try and fix this?
