I think the Cougar does the quarter mile in 16 seconds with 170 hp. The Iroc had about 190 hp from the factory, and if its still stock, that will have dropped. I'm sure that if both were new the Iroc would take it, but with age it may not...

my bad

this cougar might be a 1999 but im sure it is a v6.... and the cougar has more miles on it than the camaro.. although the cougar seems to run a little better... personally i dont have the camaro... couple of my buddies go out on this old road.. well it used to be a road... now its our drag strip... and well my friend has the camaro... i just hope chevy power brings us a win.... today he blew a 1994 2.2l 5 spd cavalier out of the water..(not a supprise) thanks for the reply's... note: i've rode in the cougar and it is stock but off the line it seems to be pretty fast.. thanks again....
