Taking apart my spare SR20....need some help...

I have a 1999 SR20DE sitting in my garage which I am planning on fixing. Supposedly from leak down tests and my mechanics words, the motor just has blown piston rings. Currently, I have the cams out and all the EGR stuff...I haven't even started on taking the head and block apart until I get some kind of manual for this motor...My question is....Which line on the crank pulley is the TDC line? There are about 5 lines and they all look the same but spread apart...I asked someone and they just said "The long one"....uhhh they are all the same size....and also how do you know TDC on the cam sprockets? Is the only method really counting the links? Also...any other tips? TIA....

Anyone with techincal experience please help me out....don't want to make mistakes..
