engine revs up between changing gears

My Rodeo 1993 revs up in between changing gears when its cold so i have to let it warm up a lot in the mornings i think its the fuel injection or something I dont know but when i change gears it revups and gradually goes away as i drive anyone have any ideas what it might be It did not do this before

I think this is the classic sign of the clutch dieing (I think , maybe).

I have the exact same problem on my '94 Rodeo, 3.2L, V6, Manual Trans. I noticed it right after I replaced my spark plugs and oxygen sensor, but that my just be a coinsidence.

This is happening on my Evo, I haven't had time to check it out, but it is probably due to the throttle sticking (via dirt and grime build up) or lclutch pedal adjustment - It's probably something simple
