You also need the a/c lines,a/c compressor,front of the exhaust,throttle cable(the 3.2 one is longer),heater hoses,3.2L computer,radatior with a/c condensor intact( the 3.2L has oil lines going to the radatior) and power steering pump.I have done one and it does fit in real easy.My father bought a Chrysler Concorde with a blown 2.7 and I converted it to the 3.2L engine.My father test drove it and it had more power.My father bought a wrecked Dodge Intrepid with a 3.2 out of an auto salvage auction and thats where the engine came from.
