P0430 Error Code

My 97' Tahoe is getting an error code of P0430 and I have already replaced bank 2's oxygen sensors. Does anyone know what else could cause this code?

I dont have the book in front of me, but I believe the P0430(and also P0420 for the other bank) are Catalyst system efficiency below threshold. I had this code a while back. You have a bad catalytic converter. There is a 8year/80000 emissions warranty that is mandated by federal law. If you have under 80000 miles on the truck, you should be able to get it replaced for free.
