Need advice about moving cars

Yep!

I'm going to draw a porsche, and the car is going sideways, so i need advice how to draw realistic frontwheels, when they're moving, and some advice of smoking tires?

please give me some advice, it's actually pretty hard!

for the moving wheels i do a light sketch of the rim, then a few smaller than rim circles lightly, then go over the circles ( distance depends on speed) from where the rim 'hole' starts.

as for the smoke,
start with a cloud lightly, erase the inside ( any details ) shade the side with no light very darkly, the rest in a normal grey and erase the light bit.

if you dont understand PM me,

just tryna help

chris

Re: Need advice about moving cars

this is a good question. I've drawn lots of moving wheels. almost all of my cars had moving wheels before I learned how to draw wheels sitting still.
I yhave used several different techniques for moving wheels but it's kinda hard for me to explain. so i'll draw some step by step how to's as soon as I can to give you an idea. it may take me a few days. i've been really busy lately. so dont expect them to be too amazing.

forget my last post that is nonsense.

if you look at a moving cars wheels it is a brake disk and caliper with a bit of shading over the top!

this is a good reference pic 4 what i said.
