Elecrical Problem
My 1999 Chevy Blazer suddenly lost the foot position on the heater. If I turn the switch to Foot or Defrost/Foot it comes out of the Defroster. At the same time the electric outlets, similar to a cigarette outlet, near the passenger foot side of the dash quit. This is where I plug my cell phone to charge. Could this be a fuse & if so, where is it? I looked under the hood and couldn’t find it.
Thanks in advance Chevy-Drafter |

Re: Elecrical Problem
Check your fuses for the electrical stuff. Inside your drivers side door on the dash you will see the fuse panel. As to the door, that's vaccume controled. Check the line that runs through the firewall for cracks/splits/holes. If there are none, check the main vac diaphram under the middle portion on the kickpanel just above the hump... If that's ok, it will be a leak in your octopus that connects to the HVAC controls itself.

Re: Elecrical Problem
Isn't the vent controls vacuum operated?
