Identification
I'm putting an engine/tranny back on an '86 Trooper II after 4 years. I have 1 part I can't identify.
Cast iron about 9" long by 21/2" wide, about 1/2" thick.
Has 12mm holes, 2 at each end (not threated) and has a slight 'twist' to it. 2 at one end are perpendicular to the other 2 holes at the other end. (Make sense??) ie. if it bolted to the side of the engine w/ 2 bolts, then the other end could 'bolt to the front of the tranny. Hope this makes sense!!!!
What is it...where does it go????
