Silverado 99

I need some advice
I just had a Water Hose Burst under the hood
and it seems to be the Water line GOING to the heater

there seems to be a strange coupling that I cant seem to
remove.
Does anyone here know how to remove/replace this

99 Silverado
4.8 liter V8

Any help would be appreciated!
