Help!!!! My '99 Taurus is very ill.

My '99 Taurus won't start either. I replaced the battery and everything works except the starter. I read another post from another member who said it may be the park switch. Does anyone know if it could be the under hood relay, solonoid or starter? He said he replaced the starter and the same thing happened. It would start with a jump at first and then, nothing...no...thing. Please help...soon.

try to put in neutral and start it

Put it on ramps and get under and short the solenoid out.

Also check all the wires to make sure no wires are broke. It sounds like the starter though.
