New "Old Engine Mods Again"Power Window Drivers and Power Seat

If and I get the Mod’s on the new engine and have the engine installed and running. I have 2 things that bug me.
First the drivers side windows goes 3 inches from the top and stalls. If I move the window to the left it kicks in and closes all the way. I read different threads on this. Some say the motor, some say the regulator, some say grease the track, and some say the tracks rubber is worn down. That’s a lot of ifs and a lot of money spent if the problem isn’t solved.

One more thing. My wife likes the seat titled down. Now it won’t tilt back up. I feel like I’m riding in a sled. The power seat adjuster goes back and forth but will not tilt up or down.

Any help would be appreciated
