I was expecting alot better then 11.19 from a supercharged pushrod V8. Yes he beat that big ass benz *applaud* and the vette didn't even "chirp" and still only could pull off an 11.19? sad truthfully in my opinion anyways.

i have seen plenty of daily driver civics that run in the 11's and 12's.
either way an 11 second pass is good weather it is a v8 or 4 banger.

show me a daily driver civic that runs 11.19 and still idles at a red light. Depending on the weight your looking at 400-500hp out of a 2 liter, at any rate thats full race. Maybe running 12.5+ a civic can still order food at the drive through.

Not to mention you would be lucky to put that kind of time down even if you have the power. Fighting wheel hop will be hell.

The vette can have meats on the back and look sweet, and we all know how cool it looks to have DOT slicks on the front of your super cool civic. FWD is weak.

I've even seen low 10-second dd CRXs, i've seen like three I think. And lets not even start about OAK's Racing 11.22 lude

, which should soon be pulling tens with 2.2L and it is a daily driver.

the burn out sucked...did he even have slicks? not a very good driver if all he can pull is an 11.19 from a blown vett with slicks. if he didnt have slicks why in the hell would be burn out...radials dont need to warm up.... i thought he was driving around the wet box because he wasnt going to use it....looks like he just didnt want his fronts wet.
its still fast but stock vetts run at least 12's.... so low 11's fron a blown one isnt Amazing...
but 4-THGENH24LUDE you need to get off your slow ford high horse and xixtony the 4banger v8 argument is a big nono on this board.... so stay off it.

I'll stay on any damn high horse I wanna, and I wasn't even saying ford was better this time but if you wanna get into this. I saw a video (maybe on this site to) of a stang with only exhaust and a procharger c2 kit and it was running low 11's.

well you still like fords and hate chevy's....even though performance wise chevy has ford dominated as for now. you flame chevys every time there is a video posted of them.
