Re: i need the firing order for a 2001 grand am 2.4L anyone???
Why do you need the firing sequence? Well I'm pretty sure it's 1 & 4 simulateounsly, and then 2 & 3 simlultaneously.

It's a simple replacement, you can't screw up the wires. the Ignition module only allows for the plug wires to go on one way. The wires are not actually wires they are more like plug boots. If I'm not mistaken when you pull the cover to get to the plugs the cylinder numbers are on the engine block.
