Unhappy Timing Problems

Hi, everyone. I was just wondering if somebody could help me out with this issue. I have just had a timing belt and fuel pump replaced a week ago. My car was running fine until last weekend when a very high pitch squeal is coming out of my hood. I also lost some oil. In addition, the engine is becoming hard to start and takes longer than usual. Is there anything I can do, and does it sound like a major project. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
