2000 GJC...My windshield wipers won't work, I have checked my relays (under the hood) and they are all fine. I looked in my owner's manual and found on page 272 a diagram of the panel that is supposedly under the steering wheel to the left that has larger fuses on top (DRL, cigar lighter, flasher, HBL, etc and two circuit breaks, C1 and C2) and then littler fuses below, 1-33. I can find that one, the one with fuses 1-33. But there is no panel above it that I can see (the first I listed, with the C1 and C2) that has what I need on it. And where is the fuse for the front wipers? I see none listed in the cavity guide and the wiring for the wipers is hidden under plastic in the engine compartment, so I can't see if it has an in-line. I only find a reference to a circuit breaker (C1) that is 20 amp and says "wiper" in the manual. But again, I cannot find this panel!!!?!?!?!?!? Do I have to tear out the dash to find it?

Re: Cannot find fuse panel, wipers not working HELP!
I'm not familiar with your model Jeep, but there should be a door that pops off so you can access the fuses. Check the side of the dashboard on the passengers side, you'll need to open the passenger door to access it (if this is where it's located). I believe most fuses are located near the feet of the interior, or on the side of the dash as I described. Tearing out the dash shouldn't be necessary!

on the side of the dash next to the glove compartment. THats where it is in my 95 GC. It probably the same in the 99'+, but I'm not sure.
