Lightbulb engine swap question

I don't want to sound stupid asking this question, but I have to know. I just got a 2002 g20 sport. I love it. I was wondering in journey of throwing aftermarket products on my car, would I ever be able to put a RB26DETT (Skyline GT-R) engine in my g20. Someone please write back:flash:

wow.. uhm.. what type of budget you looking at lol??

some things to concider...

thats a rear wheel drive engine, so you'd have to figure out how to get your car to be Rwd..

the engine mounts long ways in the engine bay (not transversely) so size may be an issue...

last thing to concider is that you may be on some good drugs that lots of people would pay top dollar for!!

hehe....

Wow, like I keep saying, of course it's possible, buuuut, for the amount it would cost you might as well just buy a used GT-R Skyline from motorex.

Seriously though, just go DET and look through the threads about the stuff that can be done to it. I'm sure you'll get all the horsies you will need out of a DET.

Then again with your car being brand new aren't you worried about warranty..I've seen these cars don't come cheap and neither do ANY of their parts especially windshields
