thanks guys,
seats are niether vynil or leather. there a cloth material but they have a thick neopren material on the back, just like "wetsuits" are made of and so they fit TIGHTER than a glove with no wrinkles, i couldn't be happier. I have had them for about 2 years. the wheels wiegh in at about 17lbs or so on my bathroom scale. but i'm not sure how accurate that would be..
