My Dash lights dont work!!!

Hey I have a 2002 Malibu and I dont know why speedomter and dash lights wont come on at night. Also, the radio display turns off. The radio display will come on during the day but the speedomter or tach lights wont. The door button lights also wont come on. I've tried the dimmer button but it didnt work.

Sounds like your door switch is not grounding or wire has come off [as you called door button]

I had a similar problem on a 98. It turned out to be a ground problem. The ground for the body is located in front of the battery (two wires going from the battery to the body) The small bolt was rusted and look burned and when I took it out the threads in the nut were almost gone so I welded on a new nut (I drilled the orginal out to accomidate the new bolt just passing through it) and all my problems went away.
