Question about type R pistons

How much would civic type r pistons bring up the compression on a 94 gsr............

Probably to high to drive on for a long time unless you are upgrading other components as well. Hopefully someone who knows can back me up on this or let me know how wrong i am. It seems as though 12.1:1 is to high for a GSR's internals. Especially one that is 11 years old with a large amount if miles assumably.
