DRL's for 99 Tahoe
Hey all...
I've read of a few different "tricks" on here about how to shut off the DRL's, is there one end all method that really works without risking screwing up anything else electrically???? The front grill on these just look way too good for these lights on all the time, not to mention how good they look at dusk with just the parking lights on. Also.....like a lot of folks on here, had leaking anti-freeze(77K on the motor), had the intake gasket replaced, next thing you know gushing out the water pump, had THAT replaced, now a couple of weeks later I get a puddle of anti freeze in my driveway letting her warm up and now noticed a slight drop in the coolant level.....WHEN DOES IT END?????? Re: DRL's for 99 Tahoe
might just be a lemon. I had a ford with too many problems to list one time. Anyway...There should be a fuse that runs only the daytime running lights. Its marked DRL in the fuse box in the cab. My truck has them too but I guess they don't bother me but I know a lot of people who are like you and would rather not have them.

DRL's
there's one fuse that you pull and they are gone. Not sure the number but it's listed on the fuse cover. The little green light on the dash stays on but the DRL's are gone and nothing else is affected.
