Battery Replacement Terminal Question

Stupid Question. How to I remove the positive battery terminal on a 2000 Malibu. It is a side bolt type terminal.

use a box end wrench or socket. Always remove the negative cable first to eliminate acidental shorting

It is an 8 mm sized socket by the way. Forgot what that is in english units.
