fuse popping

hey ive got a 1995 lincoln conti and i have problem with the radio fuse popping . even when i turn off all the electrical equipment it still pops the fuse. now i dont have a radio because of the fuse. could it be because of the disc changer it was professionally installed...i tried replacing the fuse but it pops on contact with the fuse panel under the hood...so what gives????

I'd be going back to those "professional" installers and demand it fixed.

Somewhere, a hot wire is pinched to ground in that circuit. You could try looking around but I'm thinking pulling the head unit, and/or CD changer that were professionally installed would be the only way to trace the short backward to the fuse that's blowing.
