Clicky noise

I own a Yukon XL 2001 and recently noticed a clicky noice (felt more than heard) when I turn to the left side. I had my car lubricated but the noice still there. Any idea ?

Your axle! Definitely! You're left axle........
You only hear it when you turn left correct? If yes it's your axle!

If it breaks, your vehicle won't go into gear, so get it done fast!
