what you think about 2006 SI
Just wanted to see what some of you think about the 2006 Honda SI:
 specs: 200hp vtec 18in rims with 4 piston brembo calipers with cross drilled and slotted rotors. 6 speed HLSD And I think the car looks awsome, very aggresive with the headlights, yellow fog lights and the body kit. I know some of you on here can't stand "Hon-dahs" but given the specs and the looks (I hope the production version is very close to the show version), I think its gonna be a great car, returning to the roots of the more fun to drive hondas of the late 90s. i like the look. Seems to be a pretty nice car. But we'll see when its actually in a show room.

It looks ok. But for some reason it sort of reminds me of the eclipse concept car

I like it. For those people who hate on hondas because they are hondas...that is dumb.
I am not saying I am a fan, but I give them a chance. Like, there are a tonne of civics and accords and preludes and what not that I like, but there are just a billion of them and I am sick of seeing them, that is all. Oh, and they are slow :-) As for the SI, I think it will turn out pretty cool, it looks good so far.

Looks nice, probably better than the 02+ Civic Si. well...i wouldnt mind it..............nah...i'd still go for a DSM

Given that its 200hp with a 6-speed, it should be fairly brisk. It will be no where as fast as a turbo dsm but it will be quick non the less. I'm actually very interested in the car. I'll be graduating college this May and with a job coming up I'm thinking about this car in a year or so when they work out the bugs that are usually associated with the first model year. Thats if I don't find a GSX in a good condition...
