94 ZJ(GC) Tail Lights & Dash Lights out !!

1994 ZJ my tail lights are out as well as my dash boards lights out to. The fuse blows ever time i turn on the head lights. Just wondering if it was a ground wire and where i might be able to find the ground wire. Dash is currently apart. Any Reponse that would be great! Thanks


OH YA AND IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR PROLLY FREAKING STUPID.. IM FIXING IT KNOW WHEN IM DOWN ILL TELL THE PROBLEM!!
