mod suggestions please

I'm hoping to do some modifications to my 2003 Durango. Currently it's completely stock. (4.7L V8) I was thinking of replacing the exhaust system w/ a Flowmaster 40 Series, single in/dual out w/ chrome tips and adding an Airaid Intake. Also going to add an underbody neon kit and a Kicker system. Any ideas or suggestions or maybe something I should consider instead of those? I just broke up w/ my fiance and we always wanted to do the mods together, but I'm going ahead with them myself and honestly have no idea what I'm doing. This is the first truck that I've owned and the only thing I've done any mods to were cars. Thanks for any suggestions.
