Ok, what kind of crazy ish went on while me and mike were gone? Hopefully sr20 kept stuff under control

But, WERD!!! Hung out at Carl Casper's MECA show all weekend with Scottie Johnson and everyone. Actually sat in Scottie's Black MT van while he burped it, hit a 170.2 this weekend! Can be seen on www.realofexcursion.com under RE if you wanna see a video of the van itself. Took a video of me while I was in it, hopefully can get ahold of the guys soon and see if I can get it! Out of curiosity. I once again have to question the local shops here. Recently a store called Advanced Audio held some mini show for the coast here. Apparently some guy with 6 15's or something hit 168db. I cannot see HOW he did that when scottie hits 170 with his setup. What the HELL are these places down here using for mics and shit?

They're most likely not using the new TL which already puts them like 4-5db down.....and if they're using the OLD AC or some bullshit they could be WAAAAAAY down.

Yup, the next nearest mic to the NEW TermLab USB SENSOR is about4-5dB's down. And older mics (not sensors) are 8-10 or even more down if they're not calibrated! peace

ive heard a bunch of stories like that..

haha my mom got all pissed when they came out cause she didnt know what they were and she swirved in the middle of an intersection. she looked to her right and it looked like the guy at the stop sign wasnt stopping so she flipped HAHAHA.. i laughed my ass off when she told me that.

to say theyre a distraction is BS though.. hell any nice set of wheels or nice car is a distraction to me.. hell even if i just see a corvette (pretty common around here) i stare at it til i cant see it anymore.. and look up ahead to see a car with its brakes on right in front of me and so i slam on mine to not wreck haha..
