01 Impala Interior Climate Control Fan

I have a 2001 Impala and the interior fan does not work on the 1, 2 or 3 setting but comes on whenturned to the 4 or 5 level.

Is this just a fuse? I looked at them quickly but didn't see a burned out one.

More than likely it's a blower resistor. Mine went out at 6000 miles. Would not blow on 1, but worked on 2-5. Should be relatively inexpensive. Seems there are a few Imps with this problem.
