01 Alero GLS locks and horn question

I'm new to the forum and just bought an '01 GLS but I think most
of the problems have been taken care of by now (83K), but I'm
experiencing the same problem as no. 3 Muncywm e.g.
When my car is turned off, the locks activate voluntarily. It
continually locks and unlocks and under certain conditions, the
horn will honk intermittently.

Can anyone give me advice toward finding a solution for this
problem ? Thanks in advance
