1969 302 carb
I rebuilt the 302 in my '69. Changed from 2 bbl. to 4bbl 600 Holley on a Torker manifold. Added a Holley mech pump to the works. Engine starts fine but will not hold an idle. RPM's irratic and then stalls out. Take it for a test drive and it runs great until I let off the gas, then it stalls out. Everytime I come to a stop the engine dies. Then it starts right up and runs like a banchee again for another block or two. It seems like it's flooding out but I can't tell for sure. Any help is better than what I'm going thru now. Thanks.
