Tail lights out

Wassup?i was wondering if any could help me. My tail lights are out.They do work when i hit the brakes but just when the lights are on they dont work. Do oyu know what it could be?thanks.

its a fuse in the kick panel,

I am willing to bet a large amount of money that it is the switch in the back.
take off the panel on the drivers side on the inside of the trunk that covers the back of the tailight there should be a small white box that the tail liight wires go through. replace that. i had the same with mine.
look on ebay and email someone parting out a supra, new they are like 150 bucks or something.
try that. if they work when the brakes go on, then they are still good, so dont waste money buying new tail lights.

you should check your fuse box first though.
